Can I visit your store instead of purchasing online?

I would like to send this as a gift. Is it possible to include a card stating who it is from?

Yes, please indicate this at the checkout. We will include a card with your details and gift-wrap the item at your request.


What happens if I send a gift and the recipient already has it or does not want it? 

We will include a gift receipt at your request. Please indicate this at the checkout. The recipient is welcome to exchange it either at our store or return it to us by mail. Please note that the recipient is responsible for the return shipping costs.   


How do I know that my order has been received, processed and shipped?

After placing your order, you will be able to log in to My Account and check your order status at any time.


When am I charged for my order?

You are charged the same day that the goods are shipped from our warehouse.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit card payments online except for American Express.


When will the order confirmation be sent?

Order confirmations are sent to you automatically via email when your order is placed. You will receive an additional email and/or text confirmation informing you when your order will be delivered.  


Do your prices include import duties?

All of our prices exclude any customs or import duties that may be applied. As every country has their individual demands, we suggest that you investigate this point prior to making any purchase.


When can I expect my order?

This depends on several factors including whether or not the item is in stock. We fill and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding Jewish festivals). In general you should expect your order to be dispatched within three working days. In the event that your order will be dispatched in more than three days, we will inform you by email. All orders are fully tracked and customers will receive an email and a text informing them when their order will be delivered.


How do I track my order?

You can view the status of your order at any time by visiting the My Account section of our website. Once you log in you will be able to access your complete order history.


When can I order from you?  

You can place orders any time with the exclusion of Sabbath and Jewish Festivals (UK time).


I am having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

We apologise that you are experiencing difficulty ordering from our website. Please call us on 020 8809 9393 for us to assist you.


What should I do if I forget my password?

In order to keep your account information secure we cannot look up your password. What we can do is reset your password. If you cannot remember your password and would like to have it reset please click here. The system will reset your password and email the new password to the email address you used when you created your account. Once you receive the new password, we recommend that you log in to your account as soon as possible and change your password to something more secure.


How do I update my information?

You can go to the My Account section of our website. From there you will be able to update your details.  


What procedure do I follow if I receive damaged goods or am not satisfied with the goods that I receive?
